My husband had a radio talk show and publishers sent copies of books to be reviewed and then he would often interview the author.  This is one of those books so I am including the materials Simon and Schuster sent with the book.  The book is in like new condition with small indent on one corner.  (see photo)  Book has been in a pet/smoke free environment.  The book follows the life of the charming and dignified actress, discussing her childhood in Nazi-occupied Holland, rise to stardom, unhappy marriages, and work for UNICEF.  Great item for the Audrey Hepburn fan with additional RARE material.
