Question: How are you able to sell the same parts as other sellers at a lower price?
Answer: Simple! We are a husband & wife family owned business with very little overhead. We have a small warehouse on property and "dropship" direct from Enginetech. Because of this we are able to pass that savings on to the customer.
Question: What does "dropship" mean and how does that save me money, how does dropshipping benefit me?
Answer: "Dropship" is a retail industry term meaning, "a way of selling online without needing to keep some or all products in stock". Carpartsology keeps a good amount of parts in stock on the shelf and ready to ship but leaves the larger parts at the Enginetech warehouses. This cuts out the added overhead expense of a large warehouse and everything that goes with it. Along with saving money, the customer benefits by Enginetech's distribution network of 8 warehouses across the country from coast to coast so the customer can receive their order quicker.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
All parts carry a limited 12 month manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty claims must be made and returned by the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts only, carpartsology and the respective manufacturers will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, freon, filters, lodging, car/truck rental or the like. Any alleged defective part must be returned to carpartsology to be inspected for warranty approval. See returns tab for further details.
carpartsology will exchange or refund your purchase on any part not installed or damaged, with original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery, less original shipping charges incurred by carpartsology. If a return is due to a manufacture defect (as determined by carpartsology) then the full amount will be refunded. carpartsology will issue a shipping label for return shipping on manufacturer defect items, if carpartsology determines no defect exists, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. NO RETURNS ON OPEN GASKETS. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective items. Returns must go thru eBay Returns Progarm. Please allow 2 business days, from the date of carpartsology receiving your return, for processing.
