“Now and Then” was released as the Beatles’ last new song in November 2023, and excited and moved fans around the world. Originally, as part of the 1995 Anthology Project, the remaining three members recorded John's demo sound source and completed the Beatles' new songs "Free as a Bird" and "Real Love" and released the anthology. 1 and 2 and were released as singles as ``New Beatles Songs.'' And ``Now and Then'', which was scheduled as a new song for Anthology 3, was not released at the time as it was not completed due to the poor sound quality of the demo tape. After nearly 30 years, the new song was finally completed and released in 2023 thanks to advances in technology such as AI and MAL. CD1 contains various sound sources that trace the twists and turns of "Now and Then" history so far, almost in chronological order. It starts with a complete reproduction version that includes the "missing B melody" that was not used in the final version, and includes an original demo sound source that is said to have bad sound and could not be improved with the technology of the time. Both the noisy version that caused the problem and the clean version that was subsequently removed are included. Also included are various fictional anthology versions that were considered unfinished at the time. Each has a high degree of perfection, and it is an interesting sound source to compare with this time. Furthermore, the content includes a sound collage and the soundtrack that became this documentary, giving an understanding of the evolution of Now and Then. CD2 includes versions of "Free as a Bird" and "Real Love" as well as various remixes. The previous album ``REUNION'' mainly consisted of demos of the production process, but here various remixes that were not included are compiled, allowing you to listen to and compare the different versions of each. More than half a century after the band disbanded in 1970, the Beatles continue to attract attention for releasing new songs.
