It’s approximately 13 and 3/8” by 8 and 1/2” sight and about 17” by 21 and 3/4” in the frame.   There are some marks and creases to the paper, not examined out of the frame.  The frame has some light scrapes.  Please consult the shipping calculator for shipping costs, Thanks
