Directions

As a dietary supplement for beginners, mix ½ a serving in 8-10oz. of water before activity, during activity or after activity. As a dietary supplement for advanced athletes, mix 1 serving in 8-10 oz of water. Drink at least ten 8oz glasses of water per day.
