U.p.s. is our primary shipping co. since there tracking info is very accurate. However we gladly ship at your request via your selection.

Regularly the orders which come in with funds cleared before 3 p.m. E.S.T. leave the same day.

When we offer free shipping this is only for the lower 48 states.

For international shipping we regularly use usps priority mail.

Additional items will be discounted with approx. 50 % off shipping charges. ( except for heavy items which we will judge accordingly.)

 Packaging:

Our upholstery hides are usually folded in a box or in an envelope. Upon request we will roll it on a tube with additional charges since carriers charges more.

Samples:

We will gladly send a few samples upon request. (for merchandise above $50.00)

Return Policy:

Items can be returned in it’s original condition for refund within 14 days for price of merchandise only. Shipping charges excluded.

Please inspect the leather carefully since our responsibility ceases once the leather is cut.
