If there is a problem we aim to rectify it quickly.

If the item arrives faulty or damaged we will replace or arrange a refund without fuss. Please email us immediately and send in a photograph of the problem.

If you no longer want the item then please email us no more than 14 days of receiving the parcel. 
In order to return the item to us it must be in the original packaging and unused. It is your responsibility to return the item safely and at your cost.
