Item Description:

The Blackwire 5220 headset fits your busy workday. Easy to use, its USB and 3.5 mm connectivity lets you work on a variety of devices. And it‘s comfortable enough to wear all day, with hi-fi stereo that surrounds you in sound.

When colleagues are around, the headset masks out nearby talking for greater focus. When you‘re on a call, Dynamic Mute Alert senses and alerts you when you try to talk when muted. You can also customize voice alerts to your language of preference. Combine that with Plantronics Manager Pro subscription-based software-as-a-service that is sold separately and you‘ll have support that offers greater IT insights, helps you troubleshoot and allows you to simplify headset adoption.

This unit is used and no new components have been added so no guarantees or warranties are offered on this unit other than those stated in our Terms of Sale (see below).

Payment to be received within 4 days after end of auction.

Shipping

Items dispatched within 2 working days after payment has cleared.
 
Delivery costs and service relate to Main Land UK only, however if you live in NI or the Highlands or Islands of Scotland then these may vary.
 
International shipping via eBay Global Shipping Program.
 
Items can be collected under prior arrangement but must be collected within 5 days of auction ending.

Terms of Sale

Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery.

If you decide to return, the item must be returned within 14 days from date of notification, you are responsible for the costs of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. The item must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. When we receive the item you will be issued with a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Items can also be returned up to 30 days from date of delivery for repair or refund only if the following criteria apply:
 
1. Item damaged in transit only if reported to us within 24hrs of delivery
 
2. Hardware components fail within the 30 day period.
 
3. Item is not as described in the auction listing, not including Item damaged in transit.
 
Return postal costs are the responsability of the buyer unless otherwise agreed by us and refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
