This USB WiFi dongle is new and comes as shown. This dongle is plug-n-play device. Sorry no manual, driver software or box...these dongle are bulk pack...no fancy retail packaging.

This WiFi dongle will work with Win 10/11 by altering OS permission settings. In Win 10/11, you will get an error "The Third-Party INF does not contain digital signature information" error. Microsoft have enabled strict "Driver signature enforcement" for Win 10/11 and will NOT allow third party drivers. Z-Com used outside vendors for driver software for these older WiFi devices. To make it work in Win 10/11, you will need to manually disable signature enforcement in the Windows Advance Settings (Settings->Advance Settings)...google exact steps on how to do this :-)
