I found a Super Rare 2000 P Massachusetts State Quarter in my coin collection.

It has two errors. One well known type of error & another one that may be the first of its kind or rare.

Error 1: The letters "M" and "A" from the word Massachusetts, on the Reverse of the coin, are missing.

(The A is so faint it looks like it's missing).

To the best of my knowledge, this is called a Grease Error.

State name appears to read "ASSachusetts" on the Reverse).

Error 2: There is no face on the man who is on the Reverse of the coin. That man is called a "MinuteMan".

This is a very rare one of a kind find!

True story:

I kept this quarter since 2020 thinking it only had a grease error (missing the letters "M" and "A").

*2-5-23* Today as I'm looking thru my coins, I took the time to thoroughly look at this coin & realized that the face & features are completely missing on the "MinuteMan".

I did some research today & could not find a coin with a similar error. This *might* be the first of this kind! Super rare!
