Pinch bails come in various sizes, metals and styles and are easy to use.  Place one prong of the bail into the pendant hole/loop and squeeze until the other prong enters the hole and the bail is snug on the pendant.  This can usually be done with your fingers.  Add a chain or stand of beads and you are done.
