Sc 2844: McQueen's Jupiter (1868) – A historic locomotive that was famously present at Promontory Summit, Utah, for the driving of the golden spike to complete the first Transcontinental Railroad.

Sc 2847: Buchanan's No 999 (1893) – Also known as the Empire State Express, this engine was famous for its high-speed runs and appeared on a 1901 Pan-American stamp.
This set is a must-have for train, railroad, and transportation topical collectors, as well as those who focus on US commemorative issues. The vivid designs and subject matter make these $0.29 face value stamps popular for use as vintage postage on special mailings.
