We are offering for sale a FRONT SEAT BASE RUBBER DIAPHRAGM & HOOKS that would be suitable for the following vehicles :

MORRIS MINOR 1000 ; YEARS 1956-1971 (*).

This part is supplied NEW and is made in the UK from black rubber and locates on the seat base and provide support for the foam padding above it. 

It is designed to be used as an alternative to the original strap type webbing. Each diaphragm is supplied with 10 zinc plated steel hooks, clips for attaching to the seat frame. The hooks are supplied loose and the attachment points have a metal reinforcing plate in them to prevent the rubber from tearing. 

(*) NOTE : It may be necessary to drill 2 holes in the front and/or rear of the seat frame on pre-1961 models to facilitate the fitting of the hooks in those locations.
