Condition details from seller: The "good" description does NOT pertain to the grade or condition of the comic at all. I randomly selected it for all my comics listed on eBay. eBay requires me to select a value from their condition category.

-CGC comics will have their CGC grade listed.

-For raw comics, please use pictures to
determine your own grade. At times, I will provide a grade, but again, I'd suggest using the information you have available to make your own decision.

-I will always provide more pics, scans, etc., when asked. My philosophy is that three things can happen if I provide a grade, and two of them are bad: 1. I overgrade it. 2. I undergrade it. 3. I nail it.
.-If I do provide a grade, it's an opinion, not a statement of fact. If there is ever known restoration, missing pages, cutouts, unsecured covers, pages centerfold, etc., I will state it. I will do my best to call out defects that I don't think show in the pictures.
