This is a beautiful antique art glass SWEETMEAT Jar with a Chevron or Herringbone,  Mother of Pearl / air trap pattern in shades of Pink - pale pink (almost white) at the bottom to a deep Cranberry color at the top.  It is decorated with hand painted,  raised enamel Flowers on the front - a Butterfly on the back.  Finished with silverplate 
Unmarked - Maker, Country of Origin and actual date of production - Unknown - Possibly English, circa 1890's.

Measurements:   Overall - 7.5" tall  handle up,  6.00" wide.   
5.0" high to finial,  3.5" high to top of collar. 
3.75" wide top,  3.50" wide lid,  2.75" wide mouth,  5"  across handle to handle.  6.00" wide base.
