If the product listing says “New” then the product is brand new. The box may have been opened before shipping to stuff packing material in the box as GM doesn’t typically do a great job with this.

If the product listing says “New (Other)” then the product is like new. These products are typically parts that are taken off of vehicles from the factory at the dealership. These cars will come in with no miles on them, and then they get accessories put on in place of these parts, they are the next best thing to new. These products may have slight but not severe markings from being handled/taken off. Minor imperfections will be present, but not overwhelming. For example, the lug nuts I typically list will have slight markings from being taken off with an impact gun.

Locking lug nut kits and lug nut kits may not come in the packaging pictured. If you want that specific packaging listed, message me and I will let you know if I have it in stock or not. Packaging and part numbers change all the time, but the product remains the same.
