New car ECM, ECU (Electronic Control Unit) for 97-99 Golf TDI, 97-99 Jetta TDI. Fits AHU engine only. Why buy a used part, when you can buy a brand new, never used part. This is an new surplus Original VW part. This part will work for all 1Z/AHU engines in Golf, Jetta and Passat.  There is no immobilizer on this ECU. so it will plug in and work like the original.  The catch is that there is no OBD2 interface on this ECU.  This means that if you have emissions testing which involves plugging in to the car's OBD2 port, this ECU will not work for you.  It also means that it will not plug into VAGCOM.  Both timing and fuel quantity can be adjusted at the pump, so this is not needed.    Part Numbers: 028906021AB, 028906021JB Shipping is $10 in the US, $20 to Canada and $40 Worldwide.  I can't ship this item to Europe.
