French Made, The mechanism doesn't appear to work in that when the refill is dispensed it doesn't click into place? I'm not sure what is wrong with the pen because it appears to be mint and unused? The original refill is provided and I am unsure if any suitable replacement can be sourced.

There is NO working refill or case with this pen.
