AUTOOL SDT205S Smoke Leak Detector is a universal and professional automobile pipe leakage smoke tester. It heats the special (mineral oil or baby oil) into smoke and blows the smoke into the sealed pipe system. The place where the smoke leaks on the pipe is the leak point.By observing the pressure indicator, the leakage is clear at a glance. 

                        
Function Explaination:
1.Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) System Test: it can test the leakage of fuel evaporation in the EVAP system.
2.Tightness Test: it can test the tightness and leakage of the tested pipeline under system pressure.
3.Intake System Test: it can test the air tightness and damage degree of the pipes in the intake system.
4.Exhaust System Test: it can test the air tightness and damage degree of the pipes in the exhaust system.

1.Fill 20ml test oil to
the detector.
2.Disconnect the pipe that
needs to be connected
with detector.
3.Connect detector with
DC12V battery, device
starts to work.
4.The pipe will be filled
with smoke. Check
the leak points.


Cautions:
1.We suggest you to use the baby oil.
2.When you use this detector the first time, please fill 10ml oil, not beyond this range.
3.New oil can be filled with only when the smoke is light,and it can’t be filled over 10ml every time.
4.Before filling new oil, please pour out the remaining oil in the detector.
5.Please replace the detector oil regularly.
