The parcel delivery boxes are made of weather-resistant, powder-coated galvanized steel, making them suitable for outdoor usage. They are available in extra-large, large, and medium sizes, all in black colour.

-        Extra Large Parcel Delivery Drop Box: You open the front lid, place the letters or the parcel on the support plate and when you close the lid, your post&parcels will drop down into the parcel bin under the folding mechanism. The letters and magazines can also be placed through the drop door/opening. The lid has a sloping ledge inside so as the lid is closed, the parcel or letter falls into the locked box.

-        Large Parcel Delivery Drop Box: You open the top lid, place the letters and/or the parcel on the support plate and when you close the lid, your post&parcels will drop down into the parcel bin under the folding mechanism. Your post&parcels will stand 10 cm above the ground level on a galvanised steel plate which is designed to minimise the shock stemming from dropping and to prevent post and parcels getting soggy because of dampness in rainy season. When the lid is opened the ledge comes up and seals off the box preventing anyone putting their hand inside.

-        Medium Parcel Delivery Drop Box: You open the top lid, place the letters or the parcel on the support plate and when you close the lid, your post&parcels will drop down into the parcel bin. The lid has a sloping ledge inside so as the lid is closed, the parcel or letter falls into the locked box, when the lid is opened the ledge comes up and seals off the box preventing anyone putting their hand inside.

Removal of Parcels

-      Extra Large: Parcels are securely delivered through the front lid, and the entry points are designed to be spacious to accommodate larger packages. While it may not be very straightforward, it is possible to remove some small parcels from the entry point.

-      Large: Parcels are securely delivered through the top lid and cannot be removed from the entry point once they are inside the drop box. When the lid is opened, the ledge comes up and seals off the box, preventing any removal.

-      Medium: Parcels are securely delivered through the top lid and cannot be removed from the entry point once they are inside the drop box. When the lid is opened, the ledge rises and seals off the box, preventing any removal.

Shipping

Dispatch: All orders are processed from our UK based warehouse within 1 working day after payment is received.

Delivery: Standard Delivery service is free and will normally take 2 - 3 working days (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods). We also offer Express Delivery in UK which will take 1 - 2 working days for an extra charge.

Returns and Refund Policy

All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure they are sent out in its perfect condition.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.

Unwanted Items:
Once the item has been dispatched and if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation to us at your own expense and risk. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'.

Please provide a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation to help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

Faulty Items:
On delivery of the item, before signing for the goods, please inspect if the box or the item looks damaged.
If the items or box looks damaged, you must state damaged on the paperwork, and you may refuse the delivery from the courier, failure to do this may result in your claim being rejected.
Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects.
Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit.
