  • All returns must be received back in their original packaging with ALL items including any accessories and complete documentation.
  • Returned merchandise must be returned in its original condition with no signs of use, wear or tear. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
  • We will credit your PayPal account once the items have been properly checked and received by our returns department.
  • Please contact us for complete return instructions before returning any items. Items that are returned must have an RMA number for approval.

Payment
Payment via PayPal Only.
You can use most major credit cards with PayPal. These include, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you do not use a credit card, PayPal will allow you to pay using their e-check option. PayPal has become the safest way to make payment when making purchases via the internet. North Carolina residents will add 6.75% sales tax for their purchase (this is calculated for you at checkout).

Shipping
US Shipments are processed quickly and are received anywhere between 1-5 business days depending on location. Tracking numbers are uploaded daily and are found under your "My purchases" tab in your "My eBay".
Most shipments are shipped via USPS. If the USPS does not deliver to your location please make a note to us in the "Notes" section.
If you only have a PO Box, the package must be shipped via USPS. UPS only delivers to physical street addresses.

Shipping rates of $12 and less are eligible for combined shipping. Items with $13 or more shipping cannot have the shipping costs combined. Our normal handling time is 1-2 days.
