This is an antique black and white postcard of Batavia (= Jakarta), Java, Indonesia. It shows a beautiful view of the Sawah Besaar Railway Station. This postcard was published by Tio Tek Hong, Weltevreden. This postcard was sent to the Netherlands in 1910. So it is more than one HUNDRED and 10 years OLD. The green and white 2.5 cent stamp is still attached on its back. Cancel: WELTEVREDEN. However thinning on top right corner it does not affect the picture (see scan) and it is still a great collectable. Condition: fair/good.
