This is a Rare 1st Printing of the 1st US hardback edition published by Rizzoli in 2010.
This is a super scarce 1st printing from 2010 with full numberline, and metallic red page edges.
The original red satin boards are in fabulous condition.
There are a couple of pages that have slight creasing - this seems to be a publication fault and on the whole the book is in Fine condition.
In the original 1st issue jacket, that is unpriced, has no barcode and has minor signs of handling.
It is likely that the barcode and price would have been on the shrinkwrap when originally sold. Another key to how scarce this true 1st print is.
This is a large and heavy book and international postage will cost more than usual.
