Vintage Wilton Jack in the Box Clown Cake Topper

Colorful plastic - 3 1/2” tall - from the 80’s.

I am the original owner - used once - clean - kept put away since in a non-smoking home.

The base of the clown has come loose from the base, but it snaps right in and stays snug enough to not fall out.
