Stunning black beaded cummerbund style statement belt! This gorgeous belt is ornately decorated with bugle and seed beads from end to end! Base is a polyester rayon blend and secures with a velcro closure. Fully secured is 31" but could accommodate 30"-32" depending on how velcro is affixed ( it is a 2.75" section on either end) . Beading is fully intact. There are a few runs on the reverse side but not visible when wearing.
