- Boxes/Packs: All Boxes are un-searched and un-opened
- Packs: All Packs are fresh from a Box. un-searched and un-opened
- Funko Pops: Please do NOT expect to recieve a pristine mint condition box/package! As a retailer, the figures have been on the shelf for customers to handle and, as such, it comes with the territory that some may have small imperfections (dings, dents, scratches). The figures themselves are NOT damaged, regardless of the condition of the package it may be in.
- Encased/Graded Cards: All cards that are encased come securely packaged to prevent damage from shipping.
- Supplies: All supplies come straight from our suppliers and shipped securely to prevent damage upon shipment.
We offer combined shipping discounts for customers who win more than one auction within 3 days of each other and pay for all items at the same time.
Please note, all orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. This is due to all the online fraud. There is no exception. This is eBays policy and is for your protection and ours. Please wait for invoice after auction end. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item. (1) Do you ship Worldwide? Yes we do. We ship all over the world. No order is too big or too small.
(2) Do you charge Taxes? Since we are a Canadian Corporation we are mandated to charge appropriate taxes only within Canada. We do NOT charge taxes to the United States or the rest of the world.
(3) Where are you located? Hockey Card World is located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Our warehouse is not open to the public. We are a mail order company.
(4) How long will it take for my order to arrive? Shipping standard mail within Canada can take 2-7 business days, United States 3-10 business days and World Wide can take 5-15 business days. All per Canada Post. Please note due to mail interruption and World events, sometimes mail can take longer. This is out of our hands. For faster shipping please select Expedited Shipping at checkout or contact us prior to shipment.
(5) Do you accept returns? Hockey Card World accept returns on un-opened items only. We do not accept returns on graded cards or boxes that have been opened. If you change you mind for some reason once item is delivered we refund amount of item excluding shipping fees. In some cases, if damage is occurred during shipment, refunds might be issued however Hockey Card World will request photos of damage.
