We accept returns shipped within 30 days of the purchase date. There is NO restocking fee for returns, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. As a point of reference, most of our memory module orders can be returned first class in the original packaging for less than $2.00. In instances of warranty claims past 30 days, buyers will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Most purchases from us will require immediate payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account however, we may be able to arrange an alternate payment method for you if you contact us directly. Be aware however, that this may noticeably delay your purchase.
