DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our Prices includes a Standard Tail-Lift assisted delivery service, carried out Monday to Friday with 3rd Party Pallet delivery company during the Hours of 0800-1800. 

Please ensure you or someone else is present to receive and sign the delivery. Failure to do so may result in extra delivery or no claims for damages. 

In case you are not able to attend the delivery please do let us know before your delivery attempt is made with minimum 24 hours notice to ensure we amend your date of delivery without any extra charges.

Delivery Vehicle
Universal Paving offers free standard delivery irrespective of the order size. Deliveries are made between 9am to 6pm and may take 3 to 5 working days. All delivery information updates are estimates and is based on best of our knowledge.

 

 

 

 

Manual Pallet Truck
The delivery driver will use a manual pump truck to maneuver the pallet. This means the surface cannot be gravel or grass and must be firm and flat. Ensure you have enough space to store your pallet/s. Each pallet may weigh up to 1200kgs.

 

 

 

 

Clear Access
The access road must be clearly suitable for HGVs 18 or 26 ton. Our lorries cannot operate rough, loose or soft ground.

Information on Returns

If you change your mind, we provide a 30-day return policy. If the order has not yet been sent, we will be able to cancel and refund it promptly.

We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the products whether your order has been received or is in route. The consumer is responsible for the return postage. The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold, preferably in the original packaging or something that will protect the paving during transit. When the products have been inspected and returned, a refund will be granted. Kindly check T&C's.
