Vintage Primitive Hand Carved Maple Wood Canister w/ Lid

Description:  Beautiful geometric deep carving to the entire surface of this primitive maple wood canister with tight fitting lid for storage.  Measures 10 1/2" tall x approximately 6" diameter at the fat part. There is a crack down one side of the piece, but it is only on surface.  There is a sticker on the bottom that reads BOYOHAK 1999 AND OTHER INFORMATION. I believe it an Eastern European piece.
