Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card (Please call 07969109381), Paypal, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, this is generally same day dispatch upto 4.00pm mon-fri and delivered next day by 3pm throughout most of the UK. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Please note: When modifying your vehicle you do so at your own risk, we specifically disclaim & do not take responsibility for 3rd party liability or any unforeseen damage arising by the fitting of our products. Some items we supply may or may not be road legal, please check with us prior to purchasing as we will accept no responsibility for any problems you may encounter with your local authority.

Returns

Cancellation:
You have a statutory right to a '30 day cooling off period'. This period begins once your order has been received and ends 30 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to HIDS Direct Ltd within 30 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains 'unopened' and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of HIDS Direct Ltd. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.

Defective goods:
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced within the warranty period stated, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item or as soon as the fault occurs. If the goods are returned as defective, then it's our 'seller's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us & we will ship the replacement item return of post where possible. If the item is unwanted or has been incorrectly ordered, then it's the buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping and any refund will be less the shipping costs incurred.
