Description
The Spanish traditional company Airsal manufactures very high quality cylinder kits in its own factory. Through decades of experience in cylinder construction, you get here tuning kits with a very good performance increase but also the greatest possible durability. This is ultimately realized not only by, for example, the aluminum construction with extra hard-coated raceway. Also the selection of the other components such as pistons and piston rings are always only of the very best quality. Furthermore, Airsal can also supply the individual parts such as gasket sets, piston rings, pins, etc. for each kit.
From Airsal we offer you very good aluminum sport cylinders, which offer a much better heat dissipation than cast iron cylinders. In addition, their hard-coated raceway is extremely robust and stands for long durability!
Performance-wise we move with the 50cc Sport on the level of Polini or Malossi Sport, the 70cc Alu Sport cylinders reach still a tick better performances like for Besipiel the DR Evo. Larger carburetor is not absolutely necessary; however, the main jet should be adjusted.
This 70cc Airsal aluminum sport cylinder impresses with excellent acceleration values and overall lower revs. One of the most everyday sport cylinders at a super price. The cylinder is also suitable for use with original exhaust systems. The main jet must be adjusted or it is best to upgrade to a 17.5mm carburetor right away.
