Australian Customers
We accept Internet Transfer, Bank Deposit, PayPal and all major Credit Cards through Paypal. If paying by Internet Transfer or Bank Deposit, please leave your eBay ID as the reference in order for your payment to be cleared.

International Customers
We only accept payments through PayPal for international customers.

Shipping & Handling

We take pride in packing our online orders to minimize any damage and ensure a clear address label is attached.

International deliveries

If you would like to purchase different items from our store, please request a combined invoice from us before you make payment.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be charged once your shipment reaches your country.

For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item.  Please contact us before returning any items.

We have checks in place to ensure you are sent the correct items. However, if by chance a mix up has occurred, please contact us, and we can organise to get the correct items to you. We will request you to send back the incorrectly shipped items, so if you hang on to the original shipping packaging, it will make it quicker and easier. Naturally, postage will be on us.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will need to pay the return shipping. Payment will be refunded when the item has been received in original condition by us.
