I have this Annual Book of ASTM (American Society For Testing and Materials) listed above. It is used and sold as is. It may have folded pages, markings inside, rips or tears of cover or pages, marker or stickers outside (saying not current or obsolete for company policy) and company name stamped on different areas,  it is in  good condition.
