Articuno Fossil Set Unlimited 2/62 HOLO Rare Pokemon 1999 NEVER PLAYED

This Holo Articuno has been in a plastic sleeve since I bought it in 1999. It has never been played with, just safely sitting in a binder for 23 years. 

The card has only been removed to take these close-up pictures, and then sealed right back up.

All cards are safely shipped to you in a harder plastic sleeve to ensure no damage in transit.
