Please allow up to 2 business days for us to post your order. We will post same day if possible but in most cases it will be the next business day, this includes Express options. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Small or flat tems sent via the Free Letter with Tracking option will be sent at the standard letter rate. This is the most economical method but can be a little slower. Pease allow an extra 2 - 3 days for items sent with this option, usually 6 - 10 business days. Express Post is highly recommended and available for most orders for an additional $5.00. Most items will be posted within one business day of your payment being received. All postage options include tracking.

PAYMENT

Please ensure all purchases are paid for within three business days and checkout is completed. If you have any trouble with this, please contact us. We have no problems extending that time, but need to know so that we do not report an unpaid item.

PACKAGING

Most of our products are supplied to us in bulk or factory packaging without instructions. Do not expect fancy retail packaging or explicit instructions. We will pack your order with care and ensure it arrives to you in good condition.

Please do not check out individually if buying multiple items or Postage Discounts will not apply.

TIP - Use the "Add to cart" option rather than the "Buy it now" option. You can then add or remove items from your cart before going to check out.

You may check out after selecting your final item, postage discounts will apply automatically. Alternatively, you can request an invoice from us in which case we will combine the selected items; this cannot be done if you have checked out individually.

RETURNS/WARRANTY: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product if you decide for any reason to return it. New items have 12 months warranty against manufacturing faults, normal wear and tear is excluded as are clearance items bought at auction on eBay. Simply click on the contact seller button if you have any issues. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
