Ingredients: Black Mustard seeds.

How To Use: Black Mustard is used to prepare Indian masalas (spice mixtures) for sauces and minced meat, vegetable, rice and meat dishes, and for the very Mustard sauces in European tradition: pour the grains in heated to high temperature ghee or vegetable oil, which will burst after a few seconds, spreading a characteristic nutty odor.
