When you are sending personalisation please ensure that you have sent it as you want it to be as we will put it on exactly as sent, we won't check spelling or grammar.

Photos

When you have purchased a product that requires photo(s) please send them via ebay message, you may have to send more than one message as it can limit you to 5 photos per message.

If you are on a phone there will be a little camera icon just above the keyboard on the right-hand side where you can attach your photos.

If you are on a computer there will be an "Attach Photos" button where you can attach your photos.

We will never crop out people to size a photo but if appropriate we keep the original photo proportions and then use a similar background colour to fill the space of a photo template.

In order to make you the best possible product please send us good quality photos. Photos with low resolution can look out of focus when blown up.

If sending through screenshot photos from your phone note that unless we can crop them easily, phone icons will still be printed as is on the image. (we will crop the black edges).

It is your responsibility to make sure the photos are good quality and the personalisation is correct.

We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
We offer free delivery on all of our products plus delivery upgrages at an extra cost.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24/48 in most cases they will arrive in 1-5 working days.
If you have not received your order by the estimated date on ebay you may need to allow some additional time for courier related delays.
1st Class Post:  5 working days after date of dispatch
Tracked Delivery: 3 working days after date of dispatch.

We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us.
