How To Use: Swiss Wings is the Hong Kong spices blend that perfectly fits with one popular Chinese Cantonese dish: chicken wings marinated in a sweet soy sauce with sugar, Chinese wine and spices, then braised in this sauce with onions and garlic and served with rice. It has nothing to do with Switzerland. According to an urban legend, the Chinese waiter once described this dish to a foreign guest with two English words: sweet wings, but the guest heard "Swiss wings" which has since become its own name for the dish.
