Platinum 47.2 mm case with hand-stitched blue crocodile strap, platinum deploy buckle. The dial design on this watch is truly unique. Skeleton dial with a white gold applied Maserati trident. Textured silvered rimmed Tachymeter scale with blue printed markings. Power Reserve indicated by the white hand at the 9 o'clock position pointing to a blue (+/full) & red (-/empty) indicator at the right edge of the dial. Blued hour & minute hands with luminescent fill. Chronograph with a red center seconds hand & a black carbon 30 minute counter at the 12 o'clock position. Chrono pushers innovatively place at the top of the case rather than on the right side. Twin barrel Tourbillon. AP Caliber 2884, beats at 21,600 vph, contains 30 jewels & has an amazing Power Reserve of 10 days (thanks to the double barrel. Carbon mainplate & anodized aluminum bridges).
This watch is in superb mint condition and comes to you with original box and papers.

Tourbillon – compensates for differences in rate caused by a watch adopting different positions. The principle is to mount the balance and escapement in a rotating cage. The balance & escapement rotate around their common axis going through all positions to average out the errors, Tourbillon cages or platforms usually rotate once per minute. The Tourbillon complication is an extremely difficult accomplishment to achieve and generally demands a high premium.
