Please note that we will ship your order after the payment has been made and cleared. 

Within U.S: 

We are happy to get your item shipped within 24-48 business hours after your payment has cleared. We ship products using USPS, Fedex or UPS therefore it could take up to 3 to 14 business days for your item to be delivered. Tracking information available for all domestic buyers. 

* Once we shipped the package to the address that the BUYER registered on eBay/PayPal, but returned back to us due to varies reasons:

l. Attempted Unknown 2. No Receptacle 3. Insufficient Address 4. No Such Address 5. Refused 6. Unclaimed 7. Temp Away 8. Forwarding Expired 9. Moved

We have to charge the BUYER AGAIN ON THE SHIPPING FEE for shipping the package to the BUYER again. Or the BUYER can use his/her own shipping carrier AND Shipping Postage fees are NOT refundable.

International: 

International shipping can take up to 4 months for your item to be delivered. Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time. Please note if package value is over $100.00 USD, we will ship your package by Priority Mail with tracking information to ensure safe delivery. Please note, the shipping costs may vary depending on region.

·       We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

·       If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

·       If customs fee and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

·       Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

• Shipping by First-Class Mail or Priority Mail (May takes UP TO 2-6 weeks) MAY NOT have tracking information updated via USPS. We will proof the package was ship and drop to the Post Office. Shipping Postage fees are not refundable.
• We take great care packaging every item to ensure quality satisfaction. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Returns:  Please contact us first for authorization, so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.

• We will accept returns within 30 days received item within reason.
• Refund will be made in the same method as it was received. If you paid by Paypal - you will get a Paypal refund.
• Buyer will be responsible for their own shipping fee to return the package back to us. 
• 30% restocking fee will be applied if the returned item is opened, used, damaged or missing parts. 

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
