For your consideration here I am offering a  DOROTHY W/ BASKET 

Out of a local estate sale.  I have her and 3 others I listed individually.  All come with a Mickey Carroll signed stand.  I could not find anything like her and not sure if she was hand made or from a kit ?  I just don't know.  He has nice details (I love her face), Overall very nice conditiion although I see 1 spot on her arm and right sleeve see pictures.  Also her legs may be alittle bit discolored. There is a cigarette odor.  She is approx 10.5" tall.  In the very last picture I show all 4 figures I am selling. 

Mickey Carroll (born Michael Finocchiaro, July 8, 1919 - May 7, 2009) was an American actor, who worked in radio and film, and was one of the last surviving actors who portrayed a munchkin in the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz !
