OOAK Artist Signed Distressed Vtg License Plate Metal Wall Art Sign Custom "JOY"

I usually sell clothing, but once in a while find something cool that needs a new home. 

Here is a one-of-a-kind metal wall art made from vintage license plate letters to spell JOY, mounted on sturdy sheet metal.  Signed by the artist, looks like R. Bissiou, but not sure.  Check out all photos to see construction, distressed signs of license plate age, hanging wire, etc.  Measures about 5" x 7.5" x 1".  Great for everyday message as well as a classic Christmas message.
