totalElement rare earth countersunk magnets are up to 10x stronger than regular magnets. They're engineered for commercial, industrial, and manufacturing applications where a secure, flush-mount attachment is required.
Neodymium countersunk magnets can be utilized for attaching components in everything from commercial cabinetry and wall panel systems to large heavy-duty machines and 3D printed components. They can also be used to attach signs and banners to retail, trade-show and workplace displays – and as closure mechanisms on commercial cabinetry, access panels, and equipment enclosures.
These magnets can also function as welding clamps, in oil pans to filter out metal chips, for locating studs in construction, and for securing tarps and covers on commercial vehicles, fleet equipment, building materials, and other industrial and warehouse supplies and equipment – as well as many other commercial uses.
totalElement rare earth countersunk magnets are produced in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and their quality and consistency is guaranteed. In addition, the magnets are plated with a Nickel coating for long-lasting durability and protection against corrosion; and they are available in a wide variety of sizes and strengths to meet the exacting requirements of your business or industrial application.
IMPORTANT HANDLING TIPS
Despite their metal looking appearance, neodymium magnets are made from a pressed powder which makes them inherently brittle and prone to chipping and shattering. Separate magnets by sliding them, and avoid letting them jump or snap together. Please see the safety information below for additional information.
