This is a used magazine in very good condition showing a bit of wear with nice spine and nice sharp corners.  Name of Art Gallery is stamped on inside and outside page/cover.  The back cover has a tear on the bottom of the spine extending about 2-1/2" from bottom (cover only)..  We did notice a few small folded corners on a few of the pages, but nice and clean otherwise.
