SHIPPING is now only $0.99, BUT with the warning that the Post Office (for the most part) is NOT tracking these envelopes, and NOT treating them like First Class Mail!!!!  In my 20+ years of selling on here, I rarely had a first class package lost or damaged, which has resulted in my PERFECT rating of almost 12,000. So far, since this program , only about 95% of these 99 cent packages are being accurately delivered, and that is with me carefully complying with the Post Office directions, AND stamping "Pictures--Do Not Bend", and "NON-MACHINABLE" on BOTH  sides of these smaller envelopes.
