Connection description:
The detector needs to be connected to the outdoor panel of the inverter air conditioner to work normally.
When repairing different models, the connection methods are different, and the detector is equipped with an independent pair of wires:
1. The paired wiring is 4-core, and the colors of the core wires are white, yellow, black, and red.
2. The outer sheath of the wiring is a gray plastic sheath, there is a black heat shrinkable tube at the port, and the terminal interface is white A. For the inverter air conditioner board installed in reverse, it is equipped with a pair of wiring at the factory, and it is tested during maintenance. The instrument only needs to be directly connected to the white paired wiring interface reserved on the outdoor electric control box.
A. For the inverter air conditioner board installed in the forward direction, it is not equipped with a pair of wiring when it leaves the factory, and it needs to be connected to the socket of the outdoor electric control board through the pair of wiring: TESTPORT.
A. When connecting the sockets, pay attention to the direction of the sockets, plugging in the wrong direction will damage the detector 1!
The tester adapts to the voltage of 3.3V-5V. Before connecting the socket, please confirm the output voltage of the mainboard power supply! !
Start the outdoor unit separately:
The detector needs to be connected to the outdoor panel of the inverter air conditioner to work normally.
1. When there is no internal machine, directly plug the detector cable into the excavator board. Some boards have a reserved serial port cable, which can be directly connected to it.
2. Separately provide 200V voltage to the external machine, connect the detector, press the setting, press the "A" key, the external machine can run automatically; convenient and practical.

Fault code table:
When the indoor unit or outdoor unit fails, the display shows the corresponding fault code and switches between the original display and the fault display. The original display time is 2.5s, and the fault display time is 0.5s.
The left 3 digits of the display screen display the indoor fault code, and the right 3 digits display the outdoor fault code.
