For bending thin-wall circular, square and rectangular tubes made of stainless steel or other nonferrous metals to any radian. Gear Wheel Each gear in the machine has been subjected to quenching treatment. The gears have also been thickened, are hard and durable and are resistant to rust and corrosion.
Speed Reducer/Chain The chain is wide and thick, strong and durable. Reducer can withstand overload capacity, is low in noise and free of maintenance, and can work in harsh environment.
Pure Copper Motor Pure copper core motor, smooth operation, low noise, low energy consumption, can work for a long time without heating, long service life
Motor Switch Motor with positive and negative switch, power cord long enough to keep a safe distance from the machine, easy to operate, improve processing efficiency
Ball Bearing High precision ball bearing, smooth operation, tube bending process will not be stuck, bearing base is also strengthened, not prone to fracture.
Bend Mould The machine comes with 15 round tube molds and 9 square tube malds,which are made of steel, hard and durable .Mold size can be customized

Returns & Exchanges

Defective & Damaged Products
