Here is an antique photograph.
It measures 6 5/8" by 4 3/4".
A man is holding a sign that reads, "Wm. Dellinger Cigar Manufacturer." Perhaps this is the staff and their families? Several people are holding things up. Three look to be holding photographs or papers and one man is holding a hammer and other objects.
See pictures for condition. It shows wear and tear. It is a paper photograph mounted onto cardstock.
There was a label with this at the time of purchase that read, "Windsor, PA, York County." We do not know if that is correct or not.
An internet search takes you to a William Dillinger (spelled with an I instead of an E). If this is the same man, from what we can gather, William Dillinger lived in Pennsylvania and moved to Delphi, Indiana and was a cigar manufacturer in each state. It appears he was murdered by his son-in-law in 1905.
