It is an unmarked Wagner Ware pan

Unmarked Wagner Ware was sold at stores like Woolworths

 it is marked on the bottom 6 1/2 inch skillet, made in the U.S.A. 

This is a post 1960 pan

It is marked with the number 3 and also a C
