Beautiful skirt.  Blue Label.  No tags for size or material.  It is unlined. It is small sized, about 30" in the waist when zipped, snapped, and buttoned.  Material is a little heavier than some skirts but I have no idea what material it is.  In one picture I placed the flashlight behind the skirt just to shoe material. The waist measurements lying flat are about 14.5”. So the skirt is small
